How is CA coordinating with other charter and independent schools, SLPS, the City of St. Louis and the State of Missouri?
CA engages weekly with other charter, public, private, and independent schools across the state and region regarding plans for re-entry and best practices relative to the impact of COVID-19. These weekly meetings have proven beneficial and allow CA to discuss plans and best approaches for keeping students and staff safe and healthy throughout the pandemic.

How can you make sure students are learning during at-home schooling?
CA is able to monitor the amount of time spent learning by students through our virtual learning platform. Teachers are in regular contact with students; data is recorded to account for students' attendance and participation.
How can I be sure my child is prepared for the next step in his/her education?
Parents are encouraged to remain in contact with their child's teacher and principal throughout the school year and during any school closure. Learning plans will be provided. Reading to your child at home and providing a work space for students to complete work is suggested.
