GCAA's Langston Casey Chosen as Finalist at the 2026 Jimmy Awards®

Grand Center Arts Academy Class of 2026 graduate Langston Casey has earned one of the nation's highest honors in high school musical theatre, becoming one of just six finalists at the 2026 Jimmy Awards® in New York City.

After earning Outstanding Lead Actor at the Ken Page Awards for his portrayal of Seymour Krelborn in Little Shop of Horrors, Langston represented the St. Louis region during an intensive week of coaching and training with Broadway professionals. He performed both as a soloist, singing "Moving Too Fast" from The Last Five Years, and as part of the Jimmy Awards ensemble.

Chosen as one of only six finalists from outstanding high school performers across the country, Langston also received a $5,000 scholarship in recognition of his exceptional talent and achievement.

Congratulations, Langston, on representing Grand Center Arts Academy, Confluence Academies, and the St. Louis community with extraordinary talent, dedication, and professionalism.
