Missouri’s Senate Bill 638 would allow students from unaccredited districts to transfer to approved charter schools. Grand Center Arts Academy meets the requirements of an approved charter school, so it’s possible that families from Normandy and Riverview Gardens, the only unaccredited districts in the area, might be eligible to enroll at GCAA.
